The overall objective of this project is the design and development of a new cereal cake manufacturing equipment.
With the realization of the project, an innovative multipurpose equipment of great flexibility is achieved, which allows the production of different high quality cereal cakes with the same equipment, adapting optimally to different molds and operating parameters for each cereal.

The general objective of this project is the design and development of new ice-cutting equipment with important functional characteristics capable of manufacturing a new type of high-quality premium ice with innovative forms of revolution (cylindrical, conical, spherical, etc. ).
With the completion of the project, a new ice-cutting equipment is achieved that is much more efficient from an industrial and energy point of view, as well as ecological, since it does not use polluting chemical products like the previous ice-making systems.
