Project objectives and expected results:
The overall objective of this project is the design and development of a new cereal cake manufacturing equipment.
With the realization of the project, an innovative multipurpose equipment of great flexibility is achieved, which allows the production of different high quality cereal cakes with the same equipment, adapting optimally to different molds and operating parameters for each cereal.

The overall objective of this project is the design and development of a high speed ice carver.
With the realization of the project, an innovative equipment for the process of carving and machining soft ice with high efficiency and productivity is achieved, through which a quality and sustainable ice is obtained, at a competitive price and with innovative forms of revolution.
This new equipment has a much lower energy consumption and optimizes water consumption.
