Project 2Design and development of a new ice carving equipment.PROYECTO 2

File Number: 04/18/VA/0005
Project duration: From 07/09/2018 to 07/31/2020

The general objective of this project is the design and development of new ice-cutting equipment with important functional characteristics capable of manufacturing a new type of high-quality premium ice with innovative forms of revolution (cylindrical, conical, spherical, etc. ).

With the completion of the project, a new ice-cutting equipment is achieved that is much more efficient from an industrial and energy point of view, as well as ecological, since it does not use polluting chemical products like the previous ice-making systems.
